Service Description

A dedicated consultation to review your smart energy proposal in detail, answer any questions, and finalise the system design based on your requirements. During this call, we will walk through your quotation, discuss system performance, available options, and ensure everything is aligned before moving forward. This is typically the final step before confirming your installation.


Cancellation Policy

Gechnology Customer Booking Policy All appointments are scheduled to provide dedicated time with our engineers and specialists. By confirming a booking with Gechnology Limited, you agree to the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge. Access & Site Conditions Please ensure safe and clear access to all relevant areas of the property at the time of your appointment. Any delays caused by restricted access may impact the scope of the visit. Scope of Works Appointments are based on the service selected at the time of booking. Any additional work, extended time on site, or changes to the agreed scope may be subject to further charges. Diagnostics & Fault Finding Diagnostic services are investigative in nature. While we aim to identify faults and provide recommendations during the visit, further work or follow-up visits may be required depending on system condition and complexity. Surveys & Assessments On-site surveys are carried out to assess system design, installation requirements, and overall feasibility. Where applicable, survey fees may be deductible from installation works if the project proceeds with Gechnology Limited. Travel & Coverage Appointments include locations within a 10-mile radius of our office. For sites beyond this, an additional travel charge may apply based on distance. Where applicable, any additional travel costs will be confirmed prior to the appointment. Payments Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or prior to the appointment. Certain services may require payment in advance or a card on file to secure the booking. Liability & System Condition Gechnology Limited cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults, system conditions, or installation issues not identified prior to or during the appointment.
